What a pleasant surprise I received when I called and spoke to Kieran Mcenroe about his assisting me and my husband in finding a house in his area for our retirement. I had already tried 3 other real estate offices ( you know the big names ) and I was not being shown any that even resembled what I said we wanted. They simply showed us what was on the market and I felt like my time was being wasted. I decided to try one more time. Mr Mcenroe showed us fewer properties on each trip- but evey one he showed us was property that excited our interest. I believe it was our 3rd time out that we found our " Rest of our Life " home and I now enjoy waking up each and every day in my new home. You told me we would have a house before I went back to work and we did. You knew what we were looking for and didn't waste our time looking at houses that wouldn't fit us financially or personality wise. We feel like you really took the time to get to know us. As for the stressful times you were there to tell us not to give up and hold our ground. We would definitely send any and all of our friends who are in the market for a house your way. Working with Kieran was a different experience from the moment we met him. He never pressured us into signing anything up front, but rather he spent the time to find out who we were, what we wanted and what we could realistically afford. Although we haven’t purchased our home yet, we know that Kieran is the person we want to help us find our home in the very near future. He is truly a buyer’s advocate.
When I decided to buy a house the first thing I did was contact my brother, Kieran, because I knew I could trust him. My criteria for the house was very specific.....I was "buying" not "shopping" around. I knew what I wanted and it was all or nothing. Knowing this I was not completely convinced he would be able to find what I was looking for. Within an hour he had the house....it amazes me to this day. I am grateful he didn't drag me around to see houses that almost fit my criteria. I knew when I walked through the door it was exactly what I had in mind......and I am living there happily ever after.
It was the first time my boyfriend and I were looking for an apartment, my friends have told me to look into getting a real estate agent. I came across his page on a search engine and I was very glad when I did. When we met up to view an apartment, he also had a couple of more lined up for us to see. The last one he showed us was a beautiful cottage, but it was slightly out of our price range. He negotiated the rent, now we're living in a beautiful place and my boyfriend and I couldn't be happier! He answered any questions we had and gave us some good advice along the way. We definitely recommend Kieran to anyone looking for a great place to live!
